OP -- two things,

First, thank you for doing this, awesome thread creator is awesome.

Second, lots of work put in by lots of people, to help others to be better players ... but holy cow Cyonan, you rock.

Currently have several of the links bookmarked, I can now delete those and just use this bookmark. Plus ... quite a few new-to-ME3 MP folks added to my FL in the last few weeks, will share this with them, since a lot of them don't spend much time on BSN. I think this will help them a lot.

Thank you very much for doing this ... not just you OP, but all the folks who created the various threads with so much game information. Y'all rock.

Okay, so I have updated the original post with some additional excellent links y'all have provided. Thanks for alerting me to those and thanks for your feedback!

Just a note on links to individual builds and off-site links:

There are literally so many individual threads for single character builds, I am avoiding listing those because I don't want the resource library to become watered down with too many links. I have linked to 3-4 threads that contain an entire library of builds, as I believe that to be useful, but would rather not add single individual ones as that would quickly get out of hand. Feel free to list them here in the thread, though; I just won't be adding them to the OP.

I am also trying to keep this limited to BSN threads. The Wiki is, indeed, a great resource... but one easily found via a search engine. The resource library here is meant to take the best of the best of BSN threads and compile them all into one easy-to-find place because, let's face it, we all know the search bar here is... not optimal. Trying to find an old thread you remembered being useful is like finding a needle in a haystack. So, I am keeping the OP to BSN links only, with the exception of the Narida class Builder and a few Google Docs that were created by BSN members.
