For stuck challenges:

• Challenge/Challenges Stuck
• Platform
• GT/PSN ID/Origin ID
• Link to N7 HQ

Note 1 that Squad Elite and Mass Effect does not reset this means there is nothing wrong with them, you dont need to PM me about them
Note 2 I will try and PM everyone with either a "fixed or please let me know when you log out"
Note 3 I do not work on weekends, so please dont expect them to be fixed then
Note 4 If it is not fixed within 2 full business days please check this thread for a status update, and if I have posted anything about being delayed then bump up your PM

None of my challenges are updating:
You need to insure that you have Retaliation DLC installed

Update: March 19th the tool now supports multiple platform, if you were unable to get the reward on another platform after you completed the challenge. Change the user ID at the top of the screen to signify which one you were supposed to get.

This may be a stupid question, but does 10/8 Squad Elite count as a stuck challenge or that one isn't supposed to reset?

Squad elite doesn't reset.
So is ok.

I know squad elite doesn't reset but why can't it be marked as completed in-game with a green check mark?

No, that's not it. Stuck challenges refer to those that earn you a banner and that can be completed more than once. Privateer was a promo challenge, only completable once.

If you ever fund yourself unable to complete, for example, Spectre Mastery, Cerberus Mastery and others, a further time, be sure to PM Bryan Johnson.

This gets a sticky, but the link to redeem unrewarded weekend challenge rewards doesn't? That link is genuinely useful, and it's something needed by many people every single week.

Its kind of obvious isnt it? you can only do ur first 3/6/9 weekend challenges once. The same goes for your first 25 Extractions on Bronze/Silver/Gold/Plat.. and on and on...

I noticed that i had completed the SMG Mastery, but in game, it shows no green "completion" marks on it whatsoever. Got the points and medal / banner from it allright, but the graphics are glitched.
